When you call LifeCHANGE Christian Counseling Center your call will be answered by our intake co-ordinator, Angela Hogan. She will walk you through the process of setting up your first appointment and answer any questions you may have about the process.
Each session is usually scheduled for 50 minutes. If you are bringing your child in for counseling, the first session involves ONLY the parents or legal guardians. The goal of the first session is to gather the important information and formulate a plan for treatment.
You may download the forms from this site and fill them out before coming to your first session. All information is confidential. Please answer each question as completely as possible. If you prefer, you may also come to your first session 15 minutes early to fill out the papers in our office.
Our fees are based on a sliding scale from according to the family's gross annual household income. The scale ranges from $40 to $105 per session. We ask that you bring a copy of a pay stub or tax return to determine your fee. Payment is due on the date service is rendered.
